Welcome to Allureis. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our website allureis.com and your purchase of products from us. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Allureis sells magnetic earrings and related accessories. We make every effort to display our products and their colors, dimensions, and features as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display will accurately reflect the actual product. Slight variations in color or appearance do not constitute a defect.

All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue any product, or modify product specifications at any time without notice.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors, even after an order has been submitted. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total order amount, including applicable taxes and shipping fees.

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. You represent that you are authorized to use any payment method you provide.

4. Orders & Acceptance

Your receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept, decline, or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, errors in pricing or product information, or limitations on quantities available.

5. Shipping

Shipping times and costs are estimated and not guaranteed. Title and risk of loss for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other factors outside our control.

6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

All sales are final once an order has been shipped. Cancellations and refunds are available only before an order has shipped. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, product designs, and the Allureis name and branding, is the property of Allureis or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
