Refund & Return Policy
At Allureis, we want you to love your jewelry. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we offer returns under the conditions below.
Returns
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Returned items must pass inspection before approval
Once approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Refunds may take additional time to appear depending on your bank
Damaged, Defective, or Broken Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or breaks under normal use:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Fill out our contact page with:
Order number
Clear photos or video of the issue
Approved claims will receive a replacement, refund, or store credit at our discretion.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Items showing signs of wear or use
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
- Final sale or promotional items
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After this period, orders are already in processing and cannot be canceled.
Important Notes
- Allureis reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet policy requirements
- Abuse of the return policy may result in refusal of future service
- Slight variations in color or appearance are not considered defects
