Refund & Return Policy

At Allureis, we want you to love your jewelry. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we offer returns under the conditions below.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery

 

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging

 

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

 

  • Returned items must pass inspection before approval

Once approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return

 

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

 

  • Refunds may take additional time to appear depending on your bank

Damaged, Defective, or Broken Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or breaks under normal use:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

 

  • Fill out our contact page with:
    Order number
    Clear photos or video of the issue

Approved claims will receive a replacement, refund, or store credit at our discretion.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Items showing signs of wear or use

 

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper care

 

  • Final sale or promotional items

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After this period, orders are already in processing and cannot be canceled.

Important Notes

  • Allureis reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet policy requirements

 

  • Abuse of the return policy may result in refusal of future service

 

  • Slight variations in color or appearance are not considered defects
