Orders ship in 1 to 2 business days. We currently ship free to addresses within the U.S. only, with delivery typically taking 3 to 5 business days.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once approved, a refund is issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery through our contact page with your order number and clear photos or video of the issue. Approved claims receive a replacement, refund, or store credit at our discretion.
